CIT Blaton has extensive experience as a leading general contractor in Belgium and Luxembourg, operating across residential, office, commercial, civil and infrastructure sectors. Demonstrating a strong commitment to innovation, CIT Blaton proactively integrated BIM into its workflows starting in 2018. While other well-known software solutions were initially used, Kabandy emerged in 2021 as the most promising platform, leading to a successful pilot project with key team members.

This early engagement highlighted Kabandy’s potential and led to the current situation, where 100% of tender projects rely on BIM data. BIM adoption continues to grow across their overall project portfolio, with 50% of projects now using BIM. Kabandy plays a key role in this transformation, with 90 active users leveraging the software daily.
